Once the design is finalized, we move on to the creation of a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) model. This stage ensures that the proportions, gemstone settings, and overall design are accurate. Additionally, we may create a physical prototype or a “masterpiece” from this CAD model to further refine the design and perfect its appearance before moving on to production.

After the CAD model is approved, we proceed to mold making. This crucial step involves creating a mold of the design, usually from high-quality silicone or other specialized materials. The mold replicates the jewelry’s design in its exact proportions, including intricate details such as textures and engravings. Depending on the design specifications, we may apply a layer of metal plating to the jewelry.
